Biography
A Philadelphia native, Phil trusted Christ in 1963 at the age of six, and then gave his life to full-time ministry at Urbana '76. He immediately began to preach the Gospel wherever opportunities presented themselves.
In college, he preached in churches around New England every weekend. In seminary, he preached almost daily at the Portland (Oregon) Rescue Mission. After seminary, he worked with Here's Life Inner City in New York, and then with Global Field Evangelism (Memphis, TN), where he began his international work.
